Can be described as "The quiet storm" hard working and dedicated to the beauty industry for over 25 years. Her knowledge and perseverance have led the way for two successful beauty salons and a line of cosmetics "Priscas".
Today her pilot salon Liz's is in its 22nd, year of operation. With 22 years of success under her belt Elizabeth is ready to pass on her knowledge of success by launching her new business "Salon Management Solutions".
Salon Management Solutions is a one on one four step consulting program that provides information and techniques in managing yourself, your staff and your salon.

She attended Fort Lauderdale College, where she studied Business Administration, Miami Dade Entrepreneurs School, Entrepreneurs Institute at Barry University, Miami Lakes Technical Institute (Cosmetology) and the Miami Academy of Beauty Culture.
Elizabeth has worked in many management positions and attended numerous workshops and seminars. The knowledge and experience of managing two salons and the day-to-day issues has given her the tools to offer practical Salon Management Solutions.
